Chaos
In general terms, Chaos refers to a state of disorder. As the world grows, more chaos arises as people tend to get distracted more and more easily
From the constant scrolling on tiktok, continuous whatsapp notifications. These distractions distract our attention making it hard to focus as one person can do even 5 unproductive activities before breakfast. For example, not getting out of bed, opening the phone as the first activity of the day, failing to do some simple stretches, not hydrating and nor planning for the day.
Sources of Chaos
The reasons why chaos arises are categorised into three sections. The internal or psychological reasons, the external or social and the philosophical reasons.
Internal Factors
Have you heard the saying? “He who cannot obey himself will be commanded.” This is absolutely true since chaos breeds from a state of disorder. The internal factors of chaos generally relate with our state of mind and our personal values. Most of the psychological reasons revolve around emotion like fear, greed, excitement, trauma, unacknowledged emotions, delusion addictions, and contradictory beliefs. These if not attended can cause a lasting state of internal chaos.
External and Social Factors
Some Chaos arises from the environment and it can also affect our states of mind. For example
Lack of Justice, Deviation from cultural norms and morals of society, poverty, disease, and the rapid technological growth, miss information too is a great cause of chaos.
If you fulfill your obligations every day, you don’t need to worry about the future

Conflict and Arguments with your loved ones
Uncontrolled arguments with friends or family can breed a high level of chaos as sometimes we end up saying things we regret. This in return brings tension to the relationships and silence. “I remember when I decided to have a constructive argument with a very good friend of mine challenging hime to double his efforts and have faith that the work of his hands will pay off.” My friend got offended and told me that If I wanna get better; then let me get better. He even used the F word on growth. Till date, that argument reframed our friendship[ of 14 years.
Life Being Life
The other main chaos scenario originates from Uncertainty. One moment you are expecting something then the next moment something else happens. For example, your child getting sick after you have spent all your salary, your visa getting rejected, your vehicle tyre busting in the middle of the unknown. These events breed chaos and discomfort.
Effects of the Digital Error
With the growth of online presence, people are getting more hooked on their gadgets. Phones, Laptops. This is due to the rapid growth of social media apps like Tiktok, Whatsapp, Twitter. This exposes the masses to a lot of information in a short time.Hence breeding a chaotic mind. 60 percent of the World’s Population reported over use of mobile phones.
